Samsara is a collection of fourteen individual villas carefully arranged around a stunning headland jutting into the Andaman Sea on the west coast of Phuket.
The road system has been designed to have low visual impact and closely follows the natural contours of the site. Likewise, the homes themselves are low profile from both the road and when viewed from the sea as they blend into the hillside and belie the dynamic volumes that are experienced within.
The environmental influence is also closely considered with many initiatives being implemented including rainwater harvesting, waste heat recycling along with natural ventilation and cooling opportunities.
