Designed to address the growing demand for larger, multi-room suites, this all-villa resort is carefully laid out on a steeply sloping hillside affording all accommodation a full ocean view. The main concentration of shared facilities is located at the lower levels of the site, utilising the only relatively flat area. Above, the hillside is accessed by a road and infrastructure system that respects the natural contours and therefore reduces the environmental, as well as financial impact. The villas themselves integrate with the site and nestle with the slope, further reducing the visual impact of the development.
