The master planning concept behind Kata Rocks has been to maximise the stunning views that are available from any point on the site. Sloping up from massive slabs of granite at the shoreline each of the ten blocks are carefully positioned in three dimensions to ensure all apartments have a clear, unobstructed view over the Andaman Sea. This has been aided by extensive computer modeling which has been used to prove our assumptions and fine-tune the design. On the top two floors of each block, Ocean Penthouses offer the height of luxury and space and really are 'villas in the sky'. On the water front, four 'Honeymoon Suite' Ocean Lofts open literally onto the rocks along with the dynamic Kata Rocks club.
