This master plan is an exercise in appropriate zoning whilst maintaining the natural beauty of the site. Spread across the lower slopes of Mount Annupuri at Hanozono, the concept is to create a village centre to accommodate hotels, apartments and the commercial hub of the resort and then terrace the road system up the slope with apartments and villas culminating in a 5 star ski-in, ski-out resort hotel at the base of "The Legend of Shinya", one of Hanozono's most exciting runs.
