We do believe space must be as useful as it is beautiful and therefore function and user-friendliness run hand in hand with making stunning compositions. In the studio, our Architectural and Interior Design teams overlap enabling us to deliver fully integrated solutions that not only meet our client’s requirements but surpass their wildest expectations.

Our combined experience from working across different countries and cultures allows us to fully understand and manage the diverse range of disciplines required to design and build in these locations. Our Hong Kong and Thai studios work closely together to provide an efficient, well managed and coordinated platform. In many of our projects, this enables us to act as the client’s representative and project team leader where we manage the design process, project programming and coordination with the design team following through to full on-site Project Management

We have qualified 'Green Building Design' Professionals in our team who are HK BEAM and LEED accredited. We can advise on various aspects of the entire green building life cycle and facilitate the implementation of green building certification.

As a precursor to our more involved Master Planning or Architectural services we can provide initial feasibility studies as stand-alone commissions. In these we determine the development potential of sites and provide detailed reports with block design proposals that facilitate outline analysis of density, accommodation mix, zoning, budgets, regulations and statutory requirements.These can be extended to incorporate project costs and financial planning strategies.

Often we are asked to assist and advise our clients on the compilation of their project brief through coordination with key stakeholders and operators coupled with the development of detailed building accommodation schedules.

We believe the relationship between architecture and landscape design should be seamless and complimentary. Many of our projects aim to blur the line between indoor and outdoor space and our landscape concepts are developed to maximise this goal. Our landscape design becomes an inseparable part of the buildings they infiltrate; a philosophy we maintain in all the scales we work to, from master planning through to the design of individual buildings.

Our in-house team of specialists is integrated into the design process from the outset. We produce early physical study models and as the design develops, more detailed computer generated 3D models and imagery are produced using the latest software and techniques.
