Perched on a steep slope overlooking Yalikavak Bay, this dynamic villa has been designed to take full advantage of the panoramic view. Oriented to obtain the widest view-angle possible and aligned with the contours of the land, the emphasis has been to provide every room with a completely open aspect.

Approached from an upper road the transitions from public to private space are a succession of descents. First into the arrival courtyard from where the villa appears exciting but low-key. After being compressed between two stone pillars one drops onto the reception platform standing at the top of a dynamic sculptural staircase that connects all three floors via a triple height void focusing on the view.
