Luxury Villa Resort

Cool Blue is perched on a very steep and rocky hillside that necessitated very careful design of the master plan to tame the slope and ensure all villas have clear ocean views from every room. The principal aid in this exercise was extensive 3D computer modeling based on a detailed topographic survey. This permitted us to manipulate the site to achieve the optimum layout whilst maintaining a safe and easy to use road and infrastructure system.

The buildings themselves have been conceived and designed with the section dominating, creating cascading terraces, interspersed with roofs and swimming pools that invigorate the architecture.
