Hotel and Commercial Hub

The Marina Complex is a group of four separate buildings that are arranged as a backdrop to the central marina and forms the commercial and entertainment hub for this multi-use integrated resort. There is a hotel, serviced apartments and condominiums on the upper floors with the ground floor areas being a combination of retail, food and beverage, offices and a conference centre.

Designed to work in harmony, the buildings complement each other and are terraced to be less obtrusive when viewed externally and provide naturally ventilated atrium spaces internally. The dominant horizontal lines gently undulate in plan and a predominance of curved surfaces work together to soften the façade and engender a nautical theme.
