Exclusive Villa Estate

The first challenge with the master plan for Amalfi was designing the road and infrastructure system to negotiate the very steep site, whilst creating villa lots that are suitable for high-end multi-bedroom villas with unobstructed ocean views from every room. This was achieved with the aid of a detailed topographic survey and extensive computer modeling that enabled us to accurately sculpt the land.

The homes themselves are designed to tuck into the gradient and are terraced in sympathy with the slope, reducing the visual impact from both the site and from the sea.
